How do I give feedback?

You can use the button below to give us feedback, tell us about an issue you want to get resolved or give us a compliment.

If you leave your contact details a member of staff will respond to you. Your feedback will be recorded and we will use it to plan service improvements in the future. You can see some of the changes we’ve already made in response to feedback on the University’s Making a difference page.

How do I make a complaint?

If you want to make a complaint about a service provided by Library & IT Services, you can do so using the button below.  A member of staff will be in touch within 1 working day, and will investigate your complaint and respond to you within 5 working days with an outcome, using the contact details you give us .

If your complaint or feedback is about a service not provided by Library & IT Services we will forward it to the appropriate service.
